Pattacakes is an innovative

food education and cookery company specialising in all things relating to children and food. It is run by 2 of the country's leading children's cookery experts - graduate home economists with experience in the food industry, teaching and health education.

In 1999 we set up our children's cookery school with the aim of teaching children basic cooking skills. This unique concept proved very successful and as word spread we were in demand from parents wanting cooking parties and schools wanting educational sessions so our business grew. Alongside our fun and engaging cookery activities for children and our schools cooking workshops we also provide a food education service offering training, consultancy, cookery demonstrations and a recipe and food resource development service to teachers, businesses, community organisations, manufacturers, caterers and policy makers.
