Recipe Development, Testing and Product Development

We have the technical know how as well as the cookery skills to develop your food ideas in to delicious dishes, partnered with clearly and concisely written recipes
  • We have specific expertise in creating, testing and adapting recipes to make them child friendly so that children as young as 3 can have a fun, safe and rewarding cooking experience
  • We can tailor techniques for all abilities and can advise on the appropriate cooking equipment to use when people have special requirements such as physical disabilities to ensure they can take part in cooking sessions
  • We can undertake rigorous recipe testing and ammendment in our development kitchen where we have a gas, electric and steam oven and can also carry out testing in an Aga.  We will develop your ideas by working from existing recipes or just a recipe or feature concept. We also undertake recipe proof reading to ensure perfect results are achievable.
  • We can produce recipes in a standard format, or in a simplified or pictorial version suitable for young children or those with limited reading abilities
  • If you require recipes that are suitable for particular allergies or special diets we can amend and adapt existing recipes or develop new ones to your specific brief
  • If you are a business developing a new food product we can help from initial concept through to final development.
  • We can also produce and style the food for photo shoots
